Have you received my return?

Once we'll have received your parcel and that we'll have checked it over, you'll be sent an email confirming your return. 

You'll either see your reimbursement being processed within 24 hours (with the amount becoming visible on your account balance in up to 15 days), or your replacement order being shipped.

If you don't get your confirmation email within two weeks post shipping back your package, please contact our Support team, indicating your order and tracking numbers.
